Our founding attorney, Noah Bishop, has over 15 years of experience and hundreds of successful Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases filed. He has also litigated many cases for Creditor violations of the automatic stay and/or discharge injunction. With a history of working with family and bankruptcy attorneys in Gresham and Clackamas, he has developed a keen understanding of how bankruptcy and family law invariably become intertwined. Working almost exclusively in the East County, Noah is aware of how economic hardship particularly impacts these local residents.
